General Description:

This model is a kind of equipment with comprehensive functions for paddy-processing. Paddy firstly goes into machine through vibrating sieve and magnet device, and then passes rubber-roller for hulling. After air blowing and air jetting to the milling room, the paddy finishes the process of husking and milling in succession. Then husk, chaff, unripe paddy, and white rice are expelled out of machine respectively. The dust collector collects the fine chaff. This machine adopts all the advantages of other types, and has a comprehensive layout, rational design, compact structure, little noise, less power consumption and high productivity. The model can produce white rice with high purity above National Standard 1. The finished rice contains less chaff, and low broken rate. So it is indeed a new generation combined rice mill.

Working Process:

Firstly the paddy is poured into the feeding hopper, and they are separated from sundries by the vibration sieve. Then the cleaned paddy passes by the magnet device through the flashboard of the hopper for removing sundries, afterwards they are carried by the feeding roller to the two rubber-roller husker for husking. After husking, the chaff blower blows the chaff in the mixture out of the machine, and the brown rice goes into the milling room for milling, then it goes out through the rice outlet as finished rice. Because of the simultaneous actions of the chaff-sucking blower and the high-pressure blower, the chaff ejecting speed is improved, and the precision of the rice also is improved. For those fine-chaff flows out through the rice outlet and the bran produced in the milling room, which is sucked by the chaff-blower into the dust collector. So the finished rice is clean and bright, with low temperature.
