The company was founded in 2002, covering an area of 230000㎡ and a plant area of 78000㎡. There are more than 750 employees and 45 of them have the intermediate and advanced Qualification Certificate of Speciality and Technology. In 2012, the annual production is 28820 tons and the annual output is up to 1,520,000,000 yuan. The steel materials are used for Jinggong Tools to produce HSS twist drill, besides, they are mainly marketing to Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Hebei and the Northeast district, and exporting to the States, Germany, South Korea, Indian etc.

Jinggong Steel possesses the advanced facilities as the intermediate frequency induction melting furnace, the electro arc furnace, the ladle furnace of vacuum degassing and so on. Meanwhile, the company has introduced the automatic RF30 precise forging machine from Austria, and the automatic high precision tandem rolling lines, which has been used to produce the cold-drawn steel as well as the bright-steel. Owning to its unique production process, it makes an ideal decarbonization layer and very low content of Phosphorus and Sulfur in the steel. And the proportion of oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen and the slag inclusion is controlled lower in molten steel. It will be reduced below the domestic level but very close to Germany and Japanese standards, so it will meet more requirements of the high-end customers in producing special tools.
