Working Process:

The paddy firstly enters into the machine through the feeding hopper, then, they are pushed forward along the direction of the shaft with the action of the screw conveyor. With the combined action of the iron roller and the resistance from the pressure door, paddy begins to rub each other to finish the hulling process. Then the brown rice goes forward to the milling room to finish the milling process. Meanwhile, under the function of the high-pressure blower, the chaff flow into the chaff-hopper, then they are sucked by chaff-sucking blower into the crushing room to crush. At the same time, some heat is also brought out of the milling room. Because of the simultaneous action of the chaff-sucking blower and high-pressure blower, the chaff-ejection speed is improved as well as the precision of milling. For those fine-chaff mixed in the rice, which is sucked into the crushing room by the chaff-sucking blower, the chaff is crushed into fine chaff and carried into the dust-collector and expelled out. So the finished rice is clean and bright, with low temperature.
