General Description:

The machine is the specialized to remove the varied sundries and grain-sized stones in the paddy. It mainly used in the cleaning process for combined rice mills of 20T, 25T. It also can be used to clean the grain simply, in order to store the dried and cleaned grain. (This model of separators for 30T, 40T and 60T are available too.) This machine is composed of pre-cleaning cylinder sieve, stone-cleaning sieve and the dust-collector and so on.

Working Process:

The paddy enters the feeding inlet, goes through the pre-cleaning cylinder sieve, then arrives the pore of sieve, where the sieve blocks those sundries, such as straw, paper scrap, stone, and mud block outside. In the stone-cleaning sieve, the grain-sized stones with big specific gravity flow into the bottom by the vibration of the sieve, while the paddy float on the upper of the sieve because of the air blowing. So it finishes the delaminating. With the interaction of sloping of sieve, vibration and air blowing, the paddy automatically flows out of the machine. Meanwhile, the grain-sized stones are ejected from the stone outlet.
