Born in May 1959, graduated from Jiangsu Danyang Secondary Specialized School of the financial affairs, and owning the title of Economist.

From October 1983 to December 1997, he served as the accountant of Jiangsu Jinggu Rice Mill Company Ltd.

Since December 1997, he has been serving as the deputy president of Jiangsu Jinggong Group.
