She was born in October 1963, graduated from Jiangsu Danyang Secondary Specialized School of the economic and management, and owning the title of Economist.

From November 1983 to December 1997, she served as the financial director of Jiangsu Jinggu Rice Mill Company Ltd.

Since January 1998 she has been serving as the deputy manager of Jiangsu Jinggong Group.
