General Description:

This model of machine is a new generation on the basis of air blowing rice mill model N-70. It mainly resolves two problems:

(1) While the original N-70 processing, it always makes the chaff powder disorder, and cause the room’s dirty and polluted. The model N-70D uses the chaff absorbing device to collect the powder of chaff, so it makes the workshop clean.

(2) The rice processed by the former N-70 usually contain about 5% chaff-powder, while it will be nearly no chaff-powder by N-70D. It can process paddy into standard rice only once with automatic separation of rice and chaff. It is with the advantages of producing high purity finished rice, less power consumption, simple and safe operation, less air pollution for the equipment of the chaff absorbing and ejecting device. So it is the ideal machine for small sized grain supply station as well as self-employee for processing the paddy.

Working Process:

The paddy firstly enters into the machine through the feeding inlet, and they are pushed forward along the direction of the shaft with the action of the screw conveyor. With the combined action of the iron roller and the resistance from the pressure door, paddy begins to rub each other to finish the hulling process. Then the brown rice is pushed into the milling room to mill, when they reach the precision of finished rice, they are driven out of the machine as the finished rice. Meanwhile, the milling room is blown by the high-pressure blower, so the crushed chaff is blown into the chaff-sucking blower. At the same time, some heat is also brought out of the milling room, all of these strengthen the milling effect and make the finished rice brighter. Because of the simultaneous operation of the chaff-sucking blower (the crush blower) and the high-pressure blower, the chaff-ejection speed is improved and the precision of milling is also improved. As to the chaff powder mixed in the finished rice that comes out from the rice outlet, it will be extracted into the chaff-sucking blower. With the fine chaff produced in milling, they are blown into the chaff-collecting pocket together. So this model can produce rice with good brightness and low temperature, high purity (without chaff containing) and no environment pollution.
