General Description:

This machine is a kind of model that can process paddy into white rice. It has the character of high output, less broken rice, low power consumption, perfect separation for the rice and chaff, simple operation and less remainder. As it can process paddy into white rice with successful separation of the broken rice and fine chaff (three separation), it is good for a business processing or farm individual in the countryside.

Working Process:

The paddy is firstly poured into the feeding hopper, then carried by the screw conveyor into the milling room, where the paddy is husked by friction and the brown rice also is peeled its outer skin. So we gain the mixture of white rice and chaff. Fine chaff is ejected from the machine through the rice sieve, while the mixture of white rice and chaff passes the rice groove and goes into the separator. In the separator, with the action of blower, the chaff and chaff powder is separated from the white rice, and then the white rice flows into the rice-sliding sieve to separate the little broken rice and gain the finished rice; while the chaff is sucked out by flower and spouts into outer side of the two–layer hopper, then mixed paddy in the inner side of the hopper re-enters into the milling room to process into fine chaff and then ejected from the rice sieve.
