General Description:

NZJ-15/15 combined rice mill is improved on the basis of the original model. This machine is suitable fro farms and individuals and small town to use. It has the characteristics of beautiful modeling, compact structure, convenient operation, short processing, low consumption of energy and with high production. The rice also has less remainder and less broken. And it is processed into standard finished rice by once.

Working Process:

The raw grain is artificially put into pit hopper, and elevated by the single-stranded hoist to the rubber roller hulling machine to husk. The mixture of husked grain, rice and chaff is pushed into chaff separating and let the device suck chaff out. The mixture of few grain and husked rice drops on the separation sieve. With fixed action of the sieve, the chaff and husked rice are effectively separated into there types: 1) the husked rice flows into the rice mill to be milled white, then the finished rice flows out of outflow mouth; While the chaff is saved in bran room then sucked out by chaff-sucking blower and put into the dust-collector; 2) a part of the mixture (back-to-sieve material) goes back to the gravity separation sieve by hoist; 3) some (back-to-roller material) flows along the trunk to the rubber roller hulling machine. Above process is repeated again and again, till you approach producing purpose. During the milling process, high compressor keeps blowing through hollow shaft to the milling room, which decreases the rice temperature, make chaff sucking out smoothly and whiten the finished rice.
