General Description:

NZJ-15/15ⅢC combined rice mill is a new kind of rice processing equipment elaborately designed on the basis of the original NZJ-15/15ⅡA. It has unique process, compact structure and it covers less room. Due to a decrease in height, it makes operation easier and cut down labor intensity. Working Process:

The raw grain is artificially put into pit hopper, and elevated by the single-stranded hoist to the sucking stone separator which will clean up, remove the sundries by specific gravity. Then the grain without stones goes into the rubber roller hulling machine by double-stranded hoist. The mixture of husked grain, rice and chaff is pushed into chaff separating and let the device suck chaff out. Elevated by the hoist again to the gravity separation sieve, the mixture will be separated into three types: 1) the husked rice flows into the rice mill to be milled white, then the finished rice flows out of outflow mouth. While the chaff is saved in bran room then sucked out by chaff-sucking blower and put into the dust-collector. 2) a part of the mixture goes back to the gravity separation sieve by hoist, which is called the back-to-sieve material. 3) some flows along the trunk to the rubber roller hulling machine, and that is called back-to-roller material. Above process is repeated again and again, till you approach producing purpose.
