Working Process:

The paddy is firstly poured into the feeding hopper. After big sundries are removed by vibrating sieve, the paddy are carried by feeding roller into husker for husking, after that, they are separated by chaff separator, the chaff are sucked out by chaff blower, then the chaff are transferred to grinder for crushing. The mixture of paddy and brown rice flows into the rice milling unit along the direction of the shaft by screw conveyor, with the combined action of the resistance from the pressure door and the iron roller, they begin to rub each other to finish the husking and milling process. Meanwhile, the milling room is under the function of the high-pressure blower, the heat is carried out. Because of the simultaneous actions of chaff-sucking blower and high-pressure blower, the chaff-ejecting speed is improved as well as the precision of the rice. For those fine-chaff mixed in the rice, which is sucked into by the chaff-blower, mixed with the bran produced in the milling unit, and go to the grinder together. Then they are mixed with the crushed chaff, carried into the dust-collector and expelled out. So the finished rice is clean and bright, in low temperature, with the byproduct of fine chaff.
