General Description:

It adopted many advanced technological equipments for this model of rice mill, as automatic feeding, rubber roller for hulling, chaff blower and whirling sieve for the separation of paddy and brown rice, high pressure and fine chaff blower and emery roller for milling rice white. It has the advantages of compact structure, little volume, high output, less broken rice, low electrical consumption, and production of high purity rice with low temperature. The machine can process paddy into standard rice by only once. So it is the most ideal equipment for the town grain distribution station, and rice processing in farm as well as by self-employees.

Working Process:

Firstly the paddy is put into the feeding hopper. Keeping the clearance between two rollers of 0.5mm - 0.8mm, it lifted the paddy by the elevator into the paddy husker for husking. The chaff blower sucks the chaff out of the machine, and the mixture of paddy and brown rice is lifted into the whirl-separating sieve by the elevator for separating. The best rotate speed of the sieve is 160-170rpm/min, if the speed is not enough, please adjust the speed-adjust screw cap to inner side which locates in the belt case of the gear case, meanwhile keep the sieve with 2°slope. In this situation, those unshelled re-enter into the paddy husker for husking while the net brown rice flow into the milling room of rice mill for milling with the result of finished rice and fine chaff. Then the fine chaff is sucked out and goes into the dust collector, meanwhile the finished rice flows out through the rice outlet. After chaff removing twice, we gain the finished rice with less chaff containing.
