It utilized the advanced technology of the whirled sieve of model Ⅱ and developed the whirled sieve into the gravity sieve. Working Process:

Firstly the paddy is put into the feeding hopper, lifted by the elevator into the rubber roller paddy husker for hulling, and the chaff blower sucks the chaff out of the machine. Then the mixture of paddy and brown rice is lifted into the gravity-separating sieve by the elevator for separating (the sieve’s best rotate speed is 240circles/min). Those unshelled paddy returns to the paddy husker for hulling again, while the net brown rice flows into the rice mill for milling and polishing, and then fine chaff produced in the process is sucked into the dust collector by blower. Meanwhile the finished rice flows out of the machine through the rice outlet, then after another time chaff-remove, we gain the finished rice with less chaff containing.
